Counselling creates a safe space for you to gently unpack your thoughts and feelings, you can gain clarity and understand your own needs more effectively, allowing a new perspective and a fresh approach to living your life towards lasting and sustained change.
The therapy which is offered can be from different models, primarily it is person-centred, helping you reach decisions that are best for you and supporting you in making changes that feel right, enabling you to move forward in new and meaningful ways.
